Chemical peels using alpha hydroxyl acid derived from fruits we resurface the upper layer of skin cells. The solutions are applied for designated short periods of time determined by the clinical practitioner. This peel effective for treating pigmentation, fine lines and scarring. Comprehensive and potent anti-aging chemical peels , this treatment was formulated to combat severe photo damage, distended pores, deep wrinkles and dull, sagging skin. A rescue operation for distressed skin, using 2% Salicylic Acid and 7% Trichloroacetic Acid to penetrate the deepest epidermal layers. Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) chemical peels removes the upper layers of skin damaged by the sun and wind or simply through neglect. The peel smoothes the skin, and superficial wrinkles and colour irregularities are improved. Patients benefit by regaining a fresher more vibrant appearance.The advantage of this peel is that its pasty like texture makes the application easy and ensures even uptake into the skin. The TCA Peel is one of the most innovative ways to easily and optimally rejuvenate the skin.Treatment is administered in a single session of around 15–30 minutes duration. During this period, you may experience a slight burning sensation.More than one TCA peel may be needed to achieve the desired result. This will be decided during your consultation with a treating aesthetic specialist.After the TCA peel your new skin will be sensitive to sunlight for at least 6-8 weeks. The CosMedix Pre Peel Prep Kit was created specifically to be used prior to receiving any peels in this category.
